1 large cucumber
2 tbs weed butter
1 pkg softened cream cheese
Wheat OR gluten-free bread
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, weed butter, and 1/2 of the
ranch dressing mix. Mix well until creamy. Taste the mixture and add more ranch
dressing mix if you like, but it’s definitely not required!
Slice your cucumber into 1/8th inch thick slices and set aside. Spread your cream
cheese mixture onto a slice of wheat bread then top with cucumbers and arugula.
Spread cream cheese onto another slice of bread and then place on top of the
veggies. Cut the crust off (or don’t) and cut sandwich into triangles.
The cucumber will make the bread soggy, so serve up immediately after
