1 french baguette
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
5 roma tomatoes
3 tbs weed infused olive oil
1 package mozzarella
To make the weed infused balsamic reduction, combine 1/2 cup of balsamic
vinegar and 3 tablespoons of weed infused olive oil in a small saucepan and
simmer over medium heat until the liquid is 1/2 of its original volume.
Meanwhile, slice your french baguette into 1” thick slices.
Slice your roma tomatoes and mozzarella into 1/2” thick slices.
Arrange the bruschetta in the following order: Baguette on bottom, mozzarella,
tomato, basil and then drizzle lightly with the infused balsamic reduction.
