Pear & Gorgonzola Lettuce Cups

Infused Pear & Gorgonzola Lettuce Cups
1 c Craisins
1 c Pecans
Butter Leaf Lettuce Cups
1 c Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbs Cannabis Infused Olive Oil
3 tbs Honey
Prepare the Honey Balsamic Reduction:
In a medium sauce pan combine the honey, balsamic vinegar and cannabis
infused olive oil. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat. Simmer on low
heat until the mixture is about half of its original volume.
Assemble the Lettuce Cups:
Grab your head of butter leaf lettuce and start pulling off your “cups”
Sprinkle some pears, craisins, gorgonzola crumbles and pecans into each cup.
Once the reduction has cooled, drizzle over the top of each summer lettuce cup
and serve fresh!
