½ sweet onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Chopped fresh parsley
2 tbs cannabutter
2 cups of thinly sliced mushrooms
Heat up a small skillet with 2 tablespoons of weed butter. Add your chopped
onions and cook down until tender and translucent.
Next, add your parsley and mushrooms to the skillet and toss to coat and
cook evenly. Cook for 5 min. or until your shrooms are perfect. Serve sizzlin’ !
For extra added flare - plate your mushrooms on a hot cast iron skillet. Get the cast
iron skillet hot enough to roast your ingredients, then add a sprig of parsley and an
extra 2 tbs of cannabutter to the empty pan. Let sizzle and pop for a minute then
shovel those tasty mushrooms on top!
