1/4 Cup Full Fat Coconut Cream
1/2 TBS Earth Balance Vegan Butter
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Purée
1 TBS Honey
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Package Wanton Wrappers
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 TBS Earth Balance Vegan Butter
1/4 Cup full fat coconut cream
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla
Fill the holes of a mini cupcake tin with individual wonton wrappers to
create cup shapes.
Spoon in filling and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let cool 5 minutes and top with medicated caramel sauce.
Use a sauce pan to combine ingredients at low heat to aid mixing.
Immediately remove from heat and fill wonton wrappers.
Combine ingredients (except coconut oil) on medium heat, stir to prevent from burning.
Bring to a light simmer but do not exceed 250 degrees.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in coconut oil.
Drizzle over tarts and enjoy!
